We have plenty of free parking in front of our building. If needed, we have extra parking behind the building as well.

When You Arrive

If you arrive early for your appointment, please take a seat! Your therapist will come get you as soon as they are available. Please note: If your appointment is after 6:00PM on a weekday, or anytime on a weekend, please remain in your car and call us at 647 - 927 - 3422. A staff member will let you into the building.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancelation fee, please inform us before 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The best way to cancel an appointment is online in your Jane profile. If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and our cancellation policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.

This treatment is for all active individuals, and focuses on specific areas that tend to be problematic or are injured. It will include a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques such as massage, stretching, cupping, graston, joint mobilizations, along with exercise education. Due to the nature of the treatment, please wear clothing that allows for movement and access to key muscle groups that require focus. For example, shorts, tank-top/sports bra, etc.

Prenatal (Pregnancy) Massage (RMT)

Prenatal ( Pregnancy Massage) is performed to help the mother-to-be ease through the pregnancy related changes that occur in the body. Depending on the trimester the treatment will be performed with the mother either laying on her stomach, or laying on her side. The treatment can be specific to a area of concern, or a general full body treatment for maintenance.

Nav is an Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist.

He utilizes many techniques such as active/passive soft-tissue release, fascial stretching, cupping, IASTM scraping, functional exercise, and much more. His overall goal when treating all of his clients is to improve their quality of life!

Nav has extensive experience treating various age groups from the general population, and has also spent time working with professional athletes in the CFL, NHL, OHL, and NCAA.

As a former competitive athlete himself, he can relate to how frustrating it can be when your body is recovering from an injury. Using his personal experiences, Nav knows exactly what you need to feel better!
